JCR 74.1 — Managing Conflict Part 2
This in-depth course expands on the principles learned in Part One. You will identify the childhood sources that affect how you handle conflict. Understand the theory in greater detail, by incorporating personality style preferences, and using the ERI model to manage conflict. You will explore interpersonal relationships, and establish guidelines for healthy conflict interaction.
